Challenge 14 - A Sketch

I would like to welcome you to our latest challenge. This is our second challenge here on Michelle Perkett's new blog and my teams first Design Team Inspiration for you to enjoy. THE CHALLENGE

Our challenge this week is to use the sketch that we have provided. Any card or creation is appreciated as long as all the elements are used from the sketch. You can rearrange the elements and you can add a sentiment if you like. A few other guidelines are: a Michelle Perkett image should be used. The challenge deadline is Monday 2/1 at 5PM PST. Please leave a direct link to your creation in the comments section. If you don't have a blog, don't worry, you can email your entry to Michelle.
