The Marathon bombing last week was horrific on so many levels and I really wanted to do something, I know its not much but I thought it would be great for all of you to make something with this image and post it on your blogs and facebook pages to let Boston know we are thinking of them.
The leaves signify the laurel wreath that the winners of the marathon recieve when they finish the race and the heart shape is of course to show our love and support. There are so many beautiful stories of hope and healing already but for the families that lost their loved ones it will be a very long road for them to heal. My thoughts and prayers are with all of those affected.
I searched for an address to send cards to those affected by the bombings but I couldnt find one, if anyone knows of one please let me know!
