Hello and welcome to the Michelle Perkett Studios Tuesday challenge 46!

Now, for this weeks challenge: 

We challenge you to make a card or project using a Michelle Perkett Studios image and use TAGS on the card or project. The image can be on a Tag or you add tags to your project.
